Purchases via Gumroad
Purchases of Templates.party products are processed and sold by Gumroad, acting as merchant of record. Payment, invoices or receipts, applicable taxes, file delivery, refunds and the right of withdrawal are governed by the Gumroad Terms of Service and applicable law. The final price, including any applicable taxes, is shown on the Gumroad checkout page.
The product
“Landing Pack Pymes”: a digital pack of 5 landing page templates (restaurant, clinic, gym, real estate and professional services) in HTML and Tailwind CSS, with customization guides, delivered as a downloadable ZIP file. The template copy is in Spanish. It does not include hosting, a domain, customization work, photography, or technical support beyond questions about the pack’s contents.
License
The owner of the templates (Javier Guajardo, Templates.party) grants the buyer a license on these terms:
- Allowed: using the templates in unlimited projects, your own or your clients’, including commercial use, and modifying them freely.
- Not allowed: reselling, redistributing, sharing or sublicensing the templates (original or modified) as templates, themes or downloadable products, or including them in other packs.
- The license is personal to the buyer, non-exclusive and perpetual.
Content and support
If the pack doesn’t work as described (for example, the file is corrupted or a template is missing), email us at support@templates.party and we’ll fix it. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
